Technical Architecture

The Relevance Suite™ software is database agnostic. It utilizes modern n-tier architecture to access the transaction-level purchase data you already collect and store in your customer or enterprise data warehouse. Its browser-based user interface and presentation layer features the capability to download pre-formatted results directly to MS Excel for further manipulation.


Packaged Analytics
The Relevance Suite™ user interface provides significant functionality beyond commercially-available BI reporting tools. It pre-packages complex analytics based on granular individual shopper transactions, delivering actionable analyses at a level that can be instantly understood and implemented by retailers and their vendor partners.
